I’m on my way with my family to check one of our vending machine when we saw this restaurant.

The outside looks interesting. So we decided to try as we’re hungry as well nearing our lunch time.

The place is neat and clean with lots of open windows. Not a bad place at all. The service is average but not disappointing. It’s empty when we came but I guess it’s because we came in before lunch time and it’s Saturday after all.

We ordered Prawn Fried Rice and Pad Kee Mau with crispy roasted pork.

We love the Prawn Fried Rice although it hurts the pocket a bit, it costs us $15.

The taste was amazing and the cost was negated by the generous portion with lots of king prawns.

Unfortunately the next dish was a disappointment. With $12 cost, the portion was a let down compared to the fried rice. Although the taste was amazing this has not been enough to up our satisfaction level.

Overall, the experience was alright but unfortunately because of the second dish it was probably not worth coming back but I think everyone deserve a second chance.

If you want to try Yum Yai, they are located at 72 Botany Rd, Alexandria New South Wales. They can be contacted on (02) 9698 1211.
